Prosecco-Soaked Sugared Grapes

(Start 24 hours in advance)

Ingredients:

1 large bunch of grapes

½ bottle of prosecco or sparkling non alcoholic drink

1 cup sugar

Rinse and remove grapes from the stem. Place in a container and pour Prosecco or Sparkling wine over the grapes and refrigerate overnight. Turn every 6 hours or so to disperse the liquid evenly. Allow the grapes to soak for 24 hours. 

After 24 hours, drain off the liquid in a colander. Place the sugar on a plate and roll the grapes in the sugar and place in a decorative bowl. So pretty, so easy and everyone loves them!
