Citrus Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

1 orange - zest and juice

1 lemon - zest and juice 

1/2 shallot- minced

½ t smoked paprika

½ c chopped cilantro

½ c chopped parsley

¼ c chopped basil

1/4 c olive oil

Salt and pepper

In a bowl combine chopped cilantro, parsley, basil, juice of lemon and orange, smoked paprika, olive oil and salt and pepper. Serve over roasted salmon, sauteed shrimp or chicken.
