Chive Oil
Drizzle it on anything! Pretty, pretty, pretty! You can use it to drizzle on meats, fish and veggies pre and post cooking!
Ingredients:
½ c. olive oil
½ c. chopped fresh chives
½ c. chopped fresh cilantro
½ c. chopped fresh basil
Juice of 1 lemon
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid.
Serving ideas:
Drizzle over sliced tomatoes, meats and fish or soups. Really the options are limitless...enjoy!
